Arrests made after Sunday morning shooting
Three people are in jail today following a shooting early Sunday morning at a home in the Ardmore Village mobile home park. Four people were injured, though none of the wounds was life-threatening.
Lakeville police say the suspects got upset when they were asked to leave a party around 12:20 a.m. One of the individuals turned as he was walking away and fired several shots into the side of the home on Caesar Drive. All four of the people who were hit were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center.
A Lakeville police officer stopped the suspects on 179th Street and took them into custody without incident. Police recovered the handgun used in the shooting a short distance from where the traffic stop was made.
The Ardmore Village homes are in the Farmington School District.
