Baseball: Tigers clip Chanhassen

A 13-hit attack and a solid outing from starting pitcher Jonathan Ellis helped the Farmington baseball team put an end to its five-game losing skid Monday afternoon.

The Tigers started a busy stretch of four games in five days with a 6-2 victory over Chanhassen.

"It was a big win to start a four-game week," said coach Mike Winters, whose team improved to 2-5.
