Boys lacrosse: Tigers reel off three straight

An eight-day layoff seemed to help the Farmington boys lacrosse team forget all about its loss to Park of Cottage Grove.

The Tigers returned to the field last week and reeled off three straight wins over Rochester Mayo, Chaska and Woodbury. The team faced its first real adversity Friday on the road at Woodbury when it fell behind 2-0 after a period, but relentless offensive play helped the Tigers rally and improve their record to 4-1 with an 8-4 victory.
