According to a complaint filed this week in the Dakota County Attorney's office, Olsen grabbed and head-butted the individual he said used his credit card, then took $70 from his wallet.

The incident happened Feb. 6 in Farmington. Olsen told police he went to a home in the city and waited for the other individual, who he knew would stop by there. The victim told police he was coming out of his friend's bedroom when Olsen came out of the bathroom and started yelling at him.

According to the complaint, Olsen grabbed the other individual and pushed him onto the bed, then head butted him twice in the forehead and once in the mouth. He then rolled the individual over, pulled out his wallet and took the cash.

In a statement to police, Olsen admitted taking the other individual's money but said he only remembered head butting him twice.

If convicted on a felony charge of simple robbery, Olsen could face up to five years in jail and fines of up to $10,000. A misdemeanor assault charge has a maximum sentence of 90 days and a maximum fine of $1,000.
