The Farmington volleyball team finished the regular season with a record of 13-14 after a 3-0 loss to Missota Conference co-champion Shakopee in last Tuesday's regular season finale.

The Sabers cruised 25-16, 25-15 and 25-9.

Emma Fahning led the Tigers with five kills and two ace serves. Mackenzie Hesse led the defense with 15 serve receptions and Rachel Eckert added 13.

Ruthie Schmitt provided nine set assists and Mia Johnston six.

The Tigers finished sixth in the Missota at 2-5 and earned the No. 6 seed in Section 1AAA, which gave them a first-round home game against No. 11 Red Wing Wednesday at Tiger Gym. The winner faces third-seeded Rochester Mayo tomorrow night in Rochester.
