Fitness classes help keep seniors in shape at Rambling River Center

At Farmington's Rambling River Center, Monday and Wednesday mornings are about getting fit.

Since April, the senior center has offered twice-weekly UCare classes to seniors looking for a little help getting up and moving. The classes, offered Mondays and Wednesdays, offer a series of low-impact exercises designed for older bodies.
