Girls basketball: Shakopee pulls away late

Things were looking good for the Farmington girls basketball team in the first half of last week's game against Shakopee. Fresh from the consolation championship of a holiday tournament in Monticello, the Tigers seemed to have some momentum. They were finding open shooters and making their shots, and when the half ended they were within a basket of the Sabers at 28-26.
