Girls soccer: Offense goes dormant during 0-2-1 stretch

Apparently, the Farmington girls soccer team used up all its offense in the second half of last Monday's 4-3 come-from-behind win over Henry Sibley.


Since scoring four goals in the final 40 minutes of that game, the Tigers have netted just one goal in 250 minutes of play, leaving them with a pair of shutout losses last week and a 1-1 tie Monday at Shakopee.

"We are struggling to finish," coach Rob Carpentier said.
