Girls soccer: Tigers blank John Marshall

The Farmington girls soccer team isn't yet hitting on all cylinders, but that didn't stop the Tigers from scoring a win and a tie against a ranked opponent as they continued their non-conference schedule last week.

The team scored an early goal in its home opener against ninth-ranked (Class 2A) Lakeville South last Tuesday, but eventually had to settle for a 1-1 tie at Tiger Stadium.
