ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

An amendment to Township Ordinance #32 (Nonconforming Commercial Ordinance) modifying section B.2. extending the time limit for applications to be received and acted on has been adopted by the Eureka Town Board.

2. Every person, corporation or entity which has a structure or use under this Section existing as a nonconforming use upon the effective date of this Section shall file an application for a Nonconforming Use Permit in compliance with this Section with the township clerk by 12:00 p.m. on March 10, 2003. Any structure or sue existing after March 10, 2003 (for which no application has been submitted) shall be deemed an illegal use and a violation of the Zoning Ordinance.

The City of Farmington is requesting proposals for street cleaning services. The contract period is from April 7, 2003 to March 31, 2004. All specifications and forms can be mailed by request or picked up at the City Hall in the Engineering Division. This service is based on hourly rates to include a street sweeper and skid loader with operators.
