Traffic control center to hold an open house

Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center in Farmington is holding an open house as its part in the fifth anniversary celebration of the Federal Aviation Agency.

The open house will be held Sunday, Nov. 3, from 1 to 6 p.m. in the $2½ million building located on Division Street in Farmington.

She is an active member of the Farmington American Legion Auxiliary Unit 189, and acts as the volunteer coordinator for the Minnesota Newspaper Museum which is open annually during the Minnesota State Fair. She has earned Minnesota Newspaper Association awards in Investigative Reporting, Local News Coverage, Feature Photography and Column Writing.
