Residents can evaluate city's efforts online
The city of Farmington wants to know how it's doing. Residents can email questions, concerns and service requests directly from the city's Web site at www.ci.farmington.mn.us.
How does it work? First, visit the home page and see the "At-Your-Service" link. That link allows residents to e-mail their requests/comments to city staff.
Once the e-mail has been received, a reply is sent to the resident alerting them that the e-mail has been received and routed to the appropriate department and staff member.
Once the service has been completed the resident will be e-mailed a short survey to complete regarding the recent service request.
The feedback received from the surveys will allow city staff to evaluate and measure the level of customer satisfaction during service-related interactions.
The survey link can also be used to simply tell the city of Farmington staff how they are doing and how they can improve service.
