Shakopee plays role of spoiler in FHS football finale

Two weeks ago the Farmington girls soccer team had to share the Missota Conference title after losing on the road to Shakopee in its regular season finale.

The same thing happened to the Farmington football team last Wednesday night. The sixth-ranked (Class 5A) Tigers produced a season-low 186 yards and finished even with Chanhassen and Holy Angels at 5-2 in the league after a 35-7 loss to the Sabers.
