Winter reading program starts Feb. 1 at Dakota County libraries


There's not much better than curling up with a good book on a cold winter's day. And considering it's mid-winter, there are a lot of days to spend curled up.

The Dakota County Library system will kick off its 12th annual Winter Jackets Adult Reading program Feb. 1. Robert Trail Librarian Linda Armstrong said she hopes adults will take an opportunity to participate in the month long reading initiative.
