Learn to draw
Kids 6 to 12 can learn to draw Peter Pan fairies with Abrakadoodle from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Aug. 2 at the Dakota County Farmington Library. Supplies are provided. Registration is required for this free class. To sign up call 651-438-0250 or visit www.dakotacounty.us/library.
The Dakota County Gun Club will hold a free shooting event for kids 16 and younger from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. August 4. Kids can try their hand at shooting with a .22 rifle, a bow or a shotgun. Class of 1992 reunion
The Farmington High School Class of 1992 will hold its 20-year reunion starting at 5 p.m. Aug. 4 at the Black Stallion, 23385 Emery Ave. in Hampton. Social hour starts at 5 p.m., dinner will be served at 6:30 and there will be a dance at 8. Tickets are $30 at the door. For information email 1992tigers@ gmail.com.
Wii games at the library
Teens can play Nintendo Wii games like bowling, skiing, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and more from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Aug. 6 at the Dakota County Farmington Library. The library is located at 508 Third St.
Stories with SteppingStone Theater
SteppingStone Theater will help bring storybook tales to life while exploring rhythm in song, movement, speech and imagination from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Aug. 7 at the Dakota County Farmington Library. The Farmington book group will discuss Staggerford by Jon Hassler from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at the Dakota County Farmington Library. New members are welcome. The library is located at 508 Third St.
National Night Out at the library
The Dakota County Farmington Library will celebrate National Night Out with events from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Aug. 7. Open Eye Theater will present The Amazing Cow Boat and there will be refreshments available. The library is located at 508 Third St.
