Free outdoor movie

There will be a free outdoor showing of We Bought a Zoo starting at 7 p.m. Sept. 13 at the Trinity Campus, 3410 213th St. in Farmington. Bring your own chair or blanket. Beverages, popcorn and candy will be sold at the event. Call 651-460-1166 for movie updates.

Storytime for all ages

The Dakota County Farmington Library will offer storytime for all ages from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Sept. 13. The event includes stories and activities ideal for mixed-age audiences such as childcare groups.

Saturday

FHS class of 2003 reunion

The Farmington High School Class of 2003 Reunion Committee will host at 10-year reunion from 7 to 11:30 p.m. Sept. 14 at Carbone’s in Farmington. There will be programming, social time, door prizes and guest appearances from FHS current and retired faculty members. Tickets are on sale now at fhsclassof2003tenyear.eventbrite.com.

Movie night

The city of Hampton will show 42: The Jackie Robinson Story at 8 p.m. Sept. 14 at City Hall. The showing is part of a series of movie nights monthly through December.

Weekend

Charity garage sale

St. Anne’s Circle from St. Michael’s Catholic Church will hold a garage sale from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 11-14. The sale will be located at 608 Fairview Cir. All proceeds will go to needy families at Christmas.

St. Michael’s Fall Festival

The Church of St. Michael’s Fall Festival will take place from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Sept. 14 and 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept 15 at the church. Saturday’s event will include a pulled pork and chicken supper, hay rides, Bingo and musical guest ContriBand starting at 7. Sunday will feature children’s games, Bingo, Last Hope pet rescue, Farmington danceline, silent auction and bake sales.
