Penny Lockling and Matthew Pitney, both of Rockford, Minn., have announced their engagement.

Penny is the daughter of Scott and Sue Lockling and Holly and Richard Millard, all of Farmington. She is a 1999 graduate of Farmington High School, and is now employed as a patient coordinator at Northwest Eye Clinic.
Matthew is the son of Cherrie and Duane Wozniak and Scott Pitney, all of Maple Grove. He is a 1999 graduate of Rockford High School and graduated from Limited Energy JATC in 2005. He is employed at Advanced Wireworks Inc., as a limited energy technician.
The couple will be web Aug. 29, 2009, in Rockford.
