Agnes Lien Johnson, 95

Agnes Lien Johnson, 95, passed away Saturday afternoon, Feb. 7, 2009, at Fairview Hospital in Red Wing.

Survivors include her children: Barbara (Wallace) Wigen of Litchfield, Dorothy Johnson of Faribault, Gerald (Sharon) Johnson of Idaho Falls, Beverly (James) Miller of Red Wing, Rebecca and Dike Deitchler of Northfield; 10 grandchildren: Koren Schonning, Kenneth (Noreen) Schonning, Gwen Schonning, Lisa (Kirk) Bollin, Steven Johnson, Sarah (Shaun) Vienello, Tanya (Mike) Nibbe, Matthew Smith, Jason Miller, Jennifer Miller; four step-grandchildren: Brenda (Jeff) Holland, John (Joan) Miller, Michelle (Cy) Ross, Christopher Miller; 25 great and five great-great-grandchildren; sister, Kathleen (Jim) Lester of Albert Lea; brother, Kenneth (Violet) Lien of Rockford, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, son, parents and brothers: Orville, Stanley and Melvin Lien.

A funeral service was held Feb. 12 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Northfield. Interment in the Northfield Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Courage Center.

Arrangements are with the Benson & Langehough Funeral Home.
