Photo contest deadline approaching

The deadline to submit photos for the city of Farmington’s 2009 photo contest is Aug. 17.

Winning photos will be featured in the 2010 Community Calendar, which will be distributed to residents and local businesses this December.

The contest theme is EXPOSE Farmington; photos that reveal what you find special about living in Farmington during all of its glorious seasons.

Photographers must reside within the city limits of Farmington. Entry forms and contest rules are available at ci.farmington.mn.us or at city buildings.

All photos become property of the city of Farmington and are non-returnable. Photos not used in the calendar may be used in other city publications or on the city’s web site (with proper credit).
