MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CLOSED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 192 HELD ON MONDAY, AUGUST 31, 2009 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE DISTRICT SERVICE CENTER, 421 WALNUT STREET, FARMINGTON, MINNESOTA

Chair Heman called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Members present were: Heman, McKnight, Singewald, Burke, Walter, Kampf and Superintendent Meeks. Others present: Ms. Linda Goers, Mr. Mick Waldspurger.

The meeting was closed pursuant to the attorney-client privilege and MN Stat. Section 13D.05, Sub. 3(b). The board declared out of closed session at 6:58 p.m.

The Board authorized Mr. Waldspurger from Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A. to designate a representative of the Board and to schedule a hearing in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Adjournment at 7:00 p.m.
