Driver improvement course Nov. 18
Drivers over 55 are eligible to receive a 10 percent discount on their auto insurance upon completion of a Minnesota Highway Safety and Research Center driver improvement program to be offered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 18 at Rambling River Center.

The class covers topics including visual scanning techniques, steering techniques, anti-lock brake systems, airbag safety and new vehicle technology.
