Elayne A. Carter, age 85, of Lakeville, passed away peacefully at her home on Feb. 18, 2010.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 8520 202nd St., Lakeville. A gathering of family and friends will be 1 hour prior to service.
