Scrapbooking
The Farmington American Legion Auxiliary Unit 189 will host a daylong scrapbooking event from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 6 at the Legion. Scrappers are invited to bring their equipment and spend a day working on pages and projects. A light breakfast and lunch will be served. Advanced discount tickets are available by calling Nicki at 612-308-2524 or Darla at 651-283-8891. Tickets will also be sold at the door. Proceeds from the event will benefit Unit 189’s veteran and community projects.

Pancake breakfast
The Farmington/ Hampton Knights of Columbus will serve a pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon March 7 in the social hall at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Proceeds will benefit St. Mathias Catholic School of Hampton. A free will offering will be accepted.
The church is located at the corner of Denmark Avenue and 220th Street.
Spaghetti dinner
There will be a fundraiser spaghetti dinner for the Farmington Warrior to Citizen program from 4 to 7 p.m. March 7 at the Farmington American Legion. Warrior to Citizen provides support to the community’s military men and women and their families through events, programs and ongoing training.
