Farmington’s downtown farmer’s market made its summer return last Thursday, much to the delight of residents looking for fresh vegetables and other locally grown goodies. The market offered treats from fresh produce to dried apple chips to products made from the coats of alpacas raised on a Farmington farm. The market will continue from 3 to 7 p.m. every Thursday through Sept. 16. There will be live music from Seattle bluegrass band Not easily Broken on July 1. July 8 is local business night and July 15 is the Dakota Valley Arts Council’s art show night. The market is located at 109 Spruce St.
