PUBLIC NOTICE

DARTS hereby provides notice that it intends to apply to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the following transportation equipment to serve the elderly and persons with disabilities in the greater Farmington area. One class 400 vehicle with 2 wheelchair and 12 seated positions. Individuals or agencies seeking to request transportation service, coordinate transportation with DARTS or comment about the application, should contact Kevin Raun at DARTS, 1645 Marthaler Lane, West St. Paul, MN 55118, 651-234-2276. The deadline for submitting the application is October 1, 2010.
