Terrance “Terry” E. Haack, age 58, of Farmington, passed away peacefully on Nov. 6, 2010, surrounded by his family and friends.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, with his visitation from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. Memorials preferred to the family. Interment Corinthian Cemetery.
