If one game is any indication, the Farmington girls basketball team has already made some progress since last season.
The Tigers opened the 2010-11 season Tuesday night with a 53-45 non-conference road victory at Owatonna. The Huskies knocked Farmington out of the section tournament last winter with a 50-31 second-round win.
