For the second time in five years, the Farmington girls basketball team has won its first eight games to start the season.
The Tigers continued their perfect start with another lopsided win last Wednesday, a 58-31 road triumph at Ellsworth (Wis.).
The team hosts Faribault Tuesday afternoon before opening Missota Conference play Thursday against third-ranked (Class 3A) Red Wing.
