The Farmington School District has released an electronic version of the report into the behavior of board member Tim Burke.
The PDF document is 628 pages and has been redacted to remove information protected by the data practices act.
The school board voted in December to censure Burke after the report compiled by Minnetonka attorney James Martin found Burke had improperly disclosed information from closed meetings, shared information in violation of the data practices act and created an unpleasant working atmosphere for some district employees.
The board forwarded the report to the Dakota County Attorney for possible charges against Burke, but the county attorney declined. The city of Farmington is still considering whether it will charge Burke.
The full PDF was about 25 MB, so we've broken it up to post here.
