Katie Bultje and Jason Tarpinian have announced their engagement. Katie is the daughter of Dale and Kim Bultje of Farmington. She is a 2006 graduate of Farmington High School and a 2010 graduate of Dakota County Technical College. Katie is employed at Apple Valley Medical Center. The son of Grant and Cathy Tarpinian of Marshfield, Wis., Jason is a 2006 graudate of Marshfield High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is employed at National Builders and Contractors. A September wedding is planned at Farmington Lutheran Church, with a reception to follow at the Grand Hall Studio in Farmington.
