Chadwick, a three-sport athlete at Wheaton High School and an all-conference player at the University of Minnesota-Morris, will take over this winter as the girls basketball coach at FHS.
Chadwick replaces Jason Berg, who resigned after leading the Tigers to the section title game last winter.
Chadwick led her Wheaton team to a second-place finish at the state tournament in 1987. She was an all-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference player in college and was the NSIC Female Athlete of the Year her senior year.
Chadwick has served as a student assistant coach at Minnesota-Morris. She has coached several AAU and travel programs in Farmington and has served as president and director of skills development for the Farmington traveling basketball program.
