Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Castle Rock Township will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 2537 240th Street West (corner of 240th Street and Biscayne Avenue):

A) The purpose of this meeting is to review the proposed amendments to Ordinance 2002, Section VII Performance Standards, Subdivision 7.13 (A) (3) re Exceptions, Land Disturbing Activities.

B) The purpose of this meeting is to review the proposed amendments to Ordinance 2002, Section VII Performance Standards, Subdivision 7.07 Off Street Parking.

C) The purpose of this meeting is to review the proposed amendments to Ordinance 2002, Subdivision 8.06 (A) Variances.

All interested parties are urged to attend this meeting or submit written comment to be read at the meeting.
