Philip William Palmer, age 42, of Farmington, passed away peacefully at his home on Aug. 8, 2011.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, at South Twin Cities Church of Christ, 16120 Cedar Ave., Rosemount. Visitation from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, and 1 hour prior to the service at church. Interment: Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Graysville, Ohio.
