Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Castle Rock Township will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 2537 240th Street West (corner of 240th Street and Biscayne Avenue), to review a variance for Mark & Mike Beltz, 22488 Chippendale Avenue, Farmington, MN for a setback of 100 feet from the center of Highway 3 to build a handicap ramp on the west side of the building.

All interested parties are urged to attend this meeting or submit written comment to be read at the meeting.
