NOTICE OF SALE

Notice is herby given:

That the personal property described as follows to wit: 1987 Champion mobile home serial #A9615 will be sold at public Auction by Dakota County Sheriff on the 7th day of October at 2:00 PM at 13001 Pennock Avenue, #107 in the city of Apple Valley, county of Dakota, State of Minnesota, to pay and satisfy a lien which is claimed to be due theron from Charles and Valerie Olson as the owner thereof to Apple Valley Estates in the sum of five thousand seven hundred and thirty four and 09/100 dollars computed to the day of the said sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and of the advertising thereof with the necessary expenses of advertising and making said sale; and that the grounds of said sale are as follows.
