Your weekend: Christmas in the Village returns this weekend

Fabric crafts for teens
Teens can make reusable gift holders, stitched gift-card envelopes and tiny bags in the kawaii Japanese style from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Dakota County Farmington Library. The event is free but registration is required. For information call 651-438-0250 or visit dakotacounty.us/library.

Live music
Singer/songwriter Ben Aaron will perform bluegrass/blues/folk music on guitar and harmonica from 7 to 9 p.m. Dec. 9 at Dunn Bros. Coffee in Farmington. Dunn Bros. is located at 20700 Chippendale Ave.
Weekend
Christmas in the Village
Dakota City Heritage Village will hold its annual Christmas in the Village from 1 to 8 p.m. Dec. 10 and 11. The event will feature music in the church, draft horses pulling the trolley around the village, crafts for children and hot food in the drug store. Dakota City Heritage Village is located on the grounds of the Dakota County Fair.
