MPS of South St. Paul, Inc. is in the process of dissolving, having filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the office of the Minnesota Secretary of State on November 23, 2011. Ray, and must be received by March 28, 2012, which is 90 days after the date this notice was first published.
