NOTICE

EMPIRE TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of Empire Township has scheduled a public hearing at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at the Empire Town Hall, 3385–197th Street. The purpose of the hearing is to consider issuing an Interim Use Permit to Ann LaBelle and Jody Ludden, d.b.a. as Skyview Ranch LLC, for a dog kennel on property located at 2413-210th Street, legally described as the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 26, Township 114, Range 19.

All interested parties are urged to attend these hearings or submit written comment to be read at the hearings.
