NOTICE OF SALE

Notice is herby given:

That the personal property described as follows to wit: 1978 Skyline mobile home serial #I-560498 will be sold at public Auction by Dakota County Sheriff on the 1st day of February 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at 13001 Pennock Avenue, #76 in the city of Apple Valley, county of Dakota, State of Minnesota, to pay and satisfy a lien which is claimed to be due theron from Tanya Rud and Nicholas Cole as the owner thereof to Apple Valley Estates in the sum of $643.62 computed to the day of the said sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and of the advertising thereof with the necessary expenses of advertising and making said sale; and that the grounds of said sale are as follows, to wit:
