NOTICE

EMPIRE TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of Empire Township has scheduled a public hearing at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at the Empire Town Hall, 3385–197th Street. The purpose of the hearing is to consider establishing a new ordinance which identifies emergency response services in Empire Township and the various charges that may be levied to parties receiving such emergency response services.

All interested parties are urged to attend these hearings or submit written comment to be read at the hearings.
