PUBLIC SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 19th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Offices of North Creek Mobile Home Park located at 5622 173rd Street West, Farmington, MN 55024, the following property will be sold by public auction by the Sheriff of Dakota County:

A 1983 “Friendship” manufactured home, VIN # 1362V, and any contents therein or about the premises. The manufactured home is located within the North Creek Mobile Home Park at 17253 North Creek Lane, Farmington, MN, 55024.

This sale will be held to satisfy a claim upon the above-described property held by North Creek Company, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability partnership (dba North Creek Mobile Home Park) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes sections 504B and 514. Upon information and belief, this property is owned by Darlene M. Johnson. A Writ of Recovery of Premises, issued by the Dakota County District Court on January 17th, 2012, in favor of North Creek Company, LLP, a Minnesota limited partnership, and against Darlene M. Johnson, the then current occupant of the property known as 17253 North Creek Lane, Farmington, MN, 55024 has been executed by the Dakota County Sheriff on February 8th, 2012. The amount of the claim against the above referenced property is $1,440.00 computed to the date of sale at the rate of $20.00 per day, exclusive of the expenses of said sale, together with the actual expenses of making said sale.
