Angela Haley of Farmington has been named to the President’s List for fall semester 2011 at Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount. Angela is a full-time student enrolled in the graphic design program and is vice president of the Beta Theta Tau chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges.
