Easter egg hunt is Saturday

Take in live music Friday, hunt for Easter eggs Saturday and wrap up your weekend with some free pie. Does it get any better than that? Read on to see what else is happening this weekend in Farmington.

Thursday

Diabetic support group

A diabetic support group will meet at 6:30 p.m. March 29 at Allina Clinic in Farmington. The meeting is free and anyone interested in diabetes can attend. The group meets the last Thursday of every month September through May.

Friday

Storytime for all ages

There will be a storytime for all ages from 10:30 to 11 a.m. March 30 at the Dakota County Farmington Library. Storytime will include stories and activities ideal for mixed age groups and families. The library is located at 508 Third St.

Live music

Award-winning acoustic singer/songwriter Ben Aaron will perform his trademark blues/folk music from 7 to 9 p.m. March 30 at Dunn Bros. Coffee. Dunn Bros. is located at 20700 Chippendale Ave.

Saturday

Easter egg hunt

Trinity Care Center will hold its annual community Easter egg hunt at 1:30 p.m. March 31. All are welcome to hunt for eggs, dye eggs, decorate cookies and get their face painted. The event is free. For more information call 651-460-1166.

Sunday

Free pie

Dunn Bros. customers can get a free slice of Baker’s Square pie with their purchase from 1 to 4 p.m. April 1. Dunn Bros. is located at 20700 Chippendale Ave.
