NOTICE

EMPIRE TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of Empire Township will hold a public hearing at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at the Empire Town Hall, 3385-197th Street. The purpose of the hearing is to consider amending the Providence Addition Planned Unit Development (PUD) by replacing originally planned single family attached residential dwellings with single family detached dwellings and by re-platting portions of Outlots F and G, Providence, (now described as Outlot A, Providence Second Addition) and a portion of Outlot H, Providence, as the proposed Providence Third Addition Preliminary Plat (all single family detached dwelling lots).

All interested parties are urged to attend this hearing or submit written comment to be read at the hearing.
