VERMILLION

TOWNSHIP, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Vermillion Town Board will hold a public hearing on July 10, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at the Vermillion Town Hall, to receive public input on the application of the Rachel Contracting, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit for mining operations limited to grading and removal of material on property with a street address of 4324-190th Street East, Vermillion Township, Dakota County, Minnesota , and lying within the SE 1/4 of Section 18, Township 114, Range 18, Dakota County, Minnesota.
