Pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code and a UCC Financing Statement filed March 17, 2009, Filing No. 200915356605, a Note dated February 2, 2009, a Security Agreement dated February 2, 2009, filed July 9, 2009, as Document No. 2669767, Dakota County Recorder, between Eastern Savings Bank, fsb, secured party and lender, Jill Audrey Burgess-Thurston, borrower, a single person, all relating to the property known as:

Notice is hereby given that all Collateral Security described below will be sold at a public sale on August 2, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of Shapiro & Zielke, LLP, 12550 West Frontage Road, Suite 200, Burnsville MN 55337.
Collateral to be sold consists of all ownership interests, if any, of the above debtor in and to: All of the Debtor’s right, title and interest in and to One (1) share of capital stock of Gramercy Club at Burnhaven Drive, a cooperative corporation, Stock Certificate No. 067, issued November 26, 2008 (the “Share”) allocated to the Unit No. 305 and Garage Unit No. 37, and all of Debtor’s right, title and interest as Lessee in that certain Proprietary Lease for the premises (assigned to Lender on February 2, 2009), pursuant to the Security Agreement dated February 2, 2009, from Debtor to Secured Party, and any substitute, replacement and additional shares and any amendment to the extensions or replacements of the Proprietary Lease, together with all rents, condemnations awards, and hazard and other insurance proceeds.
