NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS OF SCHMIDTKE FUELS, INC.

Schmidtke Fuels, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the "Corporation"), hereby gives notice to its creditors and claimants of its impending dissolution. The Corporation is in the process of dissolving, having filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the office of the Minnesota Secretary of State on July 25, 2012. Written claims against the Corporation may be sent to the Corporation's attorneys: Libby Law Office, P.A., 855 Rice Street, Suite 100, St. Paul, MN 55117, Attn: Kirsten J. Libby, and must be received by October 31, 2012, which is 90 days after the date this notice was first published.
