REQUEST: Vacate a portion of existing rear yard drainage and utility easements on the east side of Lots 23, 24, 25, Block 2 and Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, Block 3 in the Parkview Ponds Subdivision.

WHEN: Monday, October 15, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.; or as soon thereafter, as the parties may be heard. All persons desiring to be heard, in person or in writing, will be heard at this time.
