The seventh-ranked Farmington football team has scored on all four of its possessions and leads Holy Angels 24-7 at Tiger Stadium in a battle between two teams tied atop the Missota Conference.
Reid Taubenheim got the scoring started with a 20-yard field goal, and then intercepted a pass on Holy Angels' next possession to set up a 12-yard touchdown run by quarterback Darren Beenken. After another Holy Angels punt, the Tigers drove 55 yards and scored another touchdown on a one-yard run by Derek Klotter.
Trailing 17-0, the Stars answered with an 11-play, 80-yard drive that ended with a 43-yard touchdown catch and run.
Less than two minutes later, the Tigers scored for the fourth straight drive thanks to a 57-yard pass down the sideline from Jordan DeCroock to Mac Bassett.
