The sixth-ranked (Class 5A) Farmington football team settled for a share of its first Missota Conference championship after a 35-7 loss at Shakopee in Wednesday night's regular season finale in Shakopee.
The Tigers joined Chanhassen and Holy Angels at 5-2 in league play. They earned the No. 2 seed in Section 3AAAAA and, after a first-round bye, will face the winner of the game between Minneapolis Washburn and Bloomington Jefferson Saturday, Oct. 27, at Tiger Stadium.
